I stayed here because I wanted to see Naples and have an easy access to Pompeii. If you love traveling by train, this is the perfect location to stay. Breakfast is basic, but by far not the worst I've seen in my extensive European travels. Hotel staff is friendly. The facilities are basic but do not have the run down feel that some places in this price range.
Area is not the best, but then it's Naples. Yes, everyone here is right re: seediness of the area. So, I just planned my stay there in such a way that I didn't walk outside at night. TV didn't have a remote, and manual button pushing resulted in 3 minute (no kidding) wait for the channel to change. Oh well, I resorted to reading--better for you anyway.

The rooms were all romantic and brand-new with balcony. The staff were easy going and excellent and the pool was clean. Location in the middle of the city was a plus. Had nice dainties at Pasticceria Lauri, located near the hotel...

The location of the hotel is absolute perfect about the public transport. The bus and the train stations are just few minutes by walk. The stuff was so kind!!! ( Thank You Walter! :) )
So... The area... But we were back usually late night and there wasn't problem!

Location near train station was convenient. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice. Staff served you the coffee of your choice.
The room was very tiny with inadequate lighting. No light bulb in lamp near bed. The stairs were steep with no elevator to the third floor. It was difficult to find the hotel. The hotel was adequate but try to avoid staying in Naples. Sorrento is only an hour away!!

The hotel was clean. Facilities were lovely and modern.- Incredibly comfortable location very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and shops.- Directly across from Garibaldi square, the train station, and the airport shuttle.

Good location if proximity to station matters. Cheap
but you only get what you pay for. No lift so watch out if you have heavy luggage. The area seemed very unsafe late night/ for women. The site said you get ac but the room just had ac box that worked like a fan! It didn't have the compressor for cooling. The manager said that's what we mean by 'ac'!!! The manager was tried very hard to convince us for a 150-250 euros day trip to Pompeii and Vesuvius through an agency he knew. Luckily, we figured it on our own by the local train by paying just some 12 euros - just as fast and convenient as a private bus/ taxi he was trying to convince us on.

Just about everything! The staff was great. Hotel very well cleaned everyday. Air conditioning, toiletries, excellent breakfast included, private bathroom with plenty of towels. Close to the train station and city center Recommended!!
The only improvement we would have liked would be wireless internet in the rooms. The common area (internet) is only big for 2 persons. No elevator Online directions were a little difficult to understand. Exit train station, you will be facing Piazza Garibaldi. Walk along the right side, passing the Mcdonalds. Turn Right on Via Milano. You should see the hotel sign on the left, stay on your left. 5 minutes walk from train station

The breakfast here is amazing! 🥐 You'll find a variety of treats to choose from, like homemade cakes and even tiramisu. Plus, there are many bakeries around if you're a baked goods lover.

Good location.
Was expecting something nicer- was promised room with a balcony, but got room with view in the inside location- not the nicest. No bath mat or slippers offered. No lounge for wi-fi use.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
